Educational Qualification:

Programme Officer- IT:

• Degree in Computers/ IT (B.Tech./ MCA)
• Experience: 05 years of experience

Programme Officer- Accounts:

• B.Com. CA (intermediate) candidate will get preference
• Experience: 05 years of experience

Programme Officer – Administration:

• Graduate. MBA or any other additional qualification will be given preference
• Experience: 05 years of experience

Programme Officer – Procurement & Maintenance:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 03 years of experience for degree holder & 05 years of experience for diploma holder

Programme Officer – Academics:

• Graduate. MBA or any other additional qualification will be given preference
• Experience: 05 years of experience

Upper Age Limit (as on 30.06.2020): Not more than 62 years

Bankers Institute of Rural Development Recruitment Selection Process for Programme Officer:

• Selection will be on the basis of educational qualifications, relevant experience and written test followed by Interview process.
• The short-listed candidates on the basis of their educational qualification, experience and age will be called for written test and interview.
• The written test will cover broadly – proficiency in English/ Hindi, computer skills (MS Office), typing skill in English & Hindi etc. & subject knowledge for IT/Civil Engineer.
