- B.E/B.Tech in first division with NET/ GATE (or)
- Post Graduate Degree in professional course (M.E. /M.Tech) in First Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
- Discipline: Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)/ Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Upper Age Limit (as on 11.09.2020): 28 years
Upper age limit is relaxable by:
- For SC/ST – 5 years
- For OBC – 3 year
Disciplines Wise Vacancies:
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)

DRDO DLRL Recruitment Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on the interview

- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engg. (CSE) or Information Technology (IT) first division with valid GATE score. or
- M.E/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engg. (ECE)/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engg. (ETC)/ Electronics and Instrument Engg (E & I)/ Applied Electronics and Instrumentation (A, E & I) first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels.
Research Associates (RA):
- PhD or equivalent degree in Computer Science & Engineering/IT Or
- ME/ M.Tech in Computer Science & Engg. /IT and 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience preferably in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT plus publication of at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Age Limit (as on 04.09.2020):
- Research Associates (RA): 35 years
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): 28 years

- For OBC – 3 years

Pay Scale:
- Research Associates (RA): Rs. 54,000/- p.m

- The Walk-in-interview will be conducted through Video Conferencing via Google Meet.
