Educational Qualification:

Sr. Manager (Training):

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics / Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent
  from a recognized University / Institution
• Experience: 8 years’ experience

Manager (Testing):

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication / Instrumentation/ Mechatronics) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
• Experience: 5 years experience

Manager (Marketing):

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication / Instrumentation /Mechatronics) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
• Experience: 5 years

Asst. Manager (Admin & Accounts):

• Commerce Graduate or any Graduate with (MBA/CA/ ICWA/Degree in Law) or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: 6 years

Senior Engineer (Design):

• Degree in Engg. (Mechanical/ Production/ Mfg.Technology/ Mechatronics/ Automobile) or equivalent from recognized University / Institute.
• Experience: 3 years

Sr. Engineer (Design) Mechanical:

• PG Degree / PG Diploma in (Tool Design & Manufacturing/Tool Engineering/ Production / CAD / CAM /
  CAE) / Masters in Design or equivalent form recognized Institution.
• Experience: 3 years

Sr. Engineer (Training) Electronics:

• Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Technology/VLSI/Embedded System) or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.
• Experience: 3 years

Engineer (Production):

• Degree in Engineering (Production / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Tool Design & Manufacturing /Tool Engineering) or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.

Engineer (Training) (Electronics):

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication /Instrumentation / Mechatronics) or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.
• Experience: 3 years

Accounts Officer/ Stores Officer:

• Degree in Commerce from recognized University or Equivalent
• Experience: 3 years

Maximum Age Limit (As on 01.08.2020): 

• Sr. Manager – 45 years
• Manager – 40 years
• Asst. Manager/ Sr. Engineer – 35 years
• Engineer/ Accounts Officer/ Stores Officer – 32 years
