Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Engine Driver-II:

• 10th pass from a recognized Institute or Board
• First class Engine Driver Certificate granted under Inland Vessels Act, 1917 or Merchant Shipping Act, 1958.
• Two years experience as Syrang or Tindal on a registered vessel of over 400 British Horse power

Engine Driver:

• 10th pass from a recognized Institute or Board
• Second class Engine Driver Certificate granted under Inland Vessels Act, 1917 or Merchant Shipping Act, 1958.
• Knowledge of swimming

Greaser:

• 10th pass from a recognized Institute or Board.
• Certificate of having completed pre-sea training course.

Age Limit: 18 to 25 years

Post Wise Vacancies:

• Engine Driver-II: 01 post
• Engine Driver: 02 posts
• Greaser: 01 post

Salary Details:

• Engine Driver-II: Rs.29,200 – 92,300/-
• Engine Driver: Rs.25,500 – 81,100/-
• Greaser: Rs.18,000 – 56,900/-
